Abstract final:
Now a days with the advancement of science there are many technologies that have been developed for control applications. Power line communication (PLC) is one of these technologies that have developed for control applications. It is preferred over other technologies as it uses the already existing infrastructure. Powerline communication is a progressing technology that utilizes electric power lines for efficient, instantaneous transmission of data. This technology is preferred over other communication technologies like Satellite, Wireless and Optical fiber communications due to wide availabilities of power lines as Power lines are one of the most widely available communication medium for PLC technology and also it is already

For example, if a noise gets mixed with communication signal home appliance is connected to the powerline, it can disturb it and create problems over powerline communication system although this can be easily solved using an appropriate filters and isolation circuits. So serious efforts needed and precautions are to be kept in mind before sending communication signal over analog channel
2. Advantages and disadvantages of power line communication Now adays every one tries to find the ways which can reduce the labour while constructing new buildings.power line communication system is very usefull in this aspect as it reduce the cost of additional wires and reduce the cost of labour.home appliances are connected with each other with these already laid wires. power-line technology can control anything that plugs into an outlet, including lights, televisions, thermostats, alarms, home automation modules and so on. If there is the availability of multiple power outlets in every room, the home power line infrastructure represents an excellent network to share data among intelligent devices,

Lucky Child: A Daughter of Cambodia Reunites with the Sister She Left Behind, by Loung Ung (2006) - Highly readable memoir picks up where First They Killed My Father ends, following ten-year-old Loung Ung's resettlement in Vermont and her struggles with memories of violence and issues of identity. The book alternates Ung's experiences in the US with her older sister Chou, who remained in war-torn. A week later the man says he has found a family for the children. Loung is excited to be part of a family again, and even happier when she sees that it is the family of the palm tree boy who once waved to her outside the child soldiers camp. His father—now their foster father —is welcoming and warm at first, but quickly switches to a business-like tone.
